Since we were founded in 2007, Gruppo DigiTouch undertakes a rapid process of growth that leads first to the acquisition of the main competitor Performedia in 2014 and therefore to the stock exchange quotation on AIM Italia market in 2015. Also in 2015 the acquisition of the integrated communication agency E3 and the launch of Audiens take place, the first data profiling technology on the Italian market, then sold to Bango Plc. In 2016 Optimized Group is acquired, a company specialized in SEO and SEM. Between 2018 and 2019, a strong push towards technological skills led to the entry of Purple Ocean and Meware into Gruppo DigiTouch. In 2020 Gruppo DigiTouch strengthened its omnichannel and digital interfaces offer by acquiring Conversion and Nextmove and then creating by merger the Conversion E3 company.
