Our history

Founded in 2007 as an agency specialising in online advertising, we embarked on a rapid path of growth that led us to be listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market in 2015 and to consolidate our position as a leader in Cloud Marketing. Nowadays lots of companies rely on us to design and implement integrated projects that require marketing, e-commerce and technology skills and tools.

Fifteen years during which we have progressively defined and consolidated our product portfolio, creating a value chain for digital services.

First Milestone – Between 2014 and 2017, we supplemented our Media expertise in Digital Advertising with Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Omnichannel Marketing services. We have also enhanced and strengthened our creative skills by supplementing our range of Marketing Services.

Second Milestone – Between 2018 and 2019 we structured ourselves to offer our customers those technologies and technology services that are increasingly in demand by companies, such as Cloud Management, Data & Analytics and Digital Platforms.

Third Milestone  – Between 2020 and 2021 we expanded our product range with specific services for online sales, introducing expertise in e-commerce site development, web and mobile interface creation, and UX/UI and marketplace services.

DigiTouch today is made up of three strategic business units – DigiTouch Technology, DigiTouch Marketing and DigiTouch E-Commerce – that are heavily integrated with each other to ensure the highest level of efficiency for our customers and to support the growth of our company.
